How do I get My Money Pro back on a new phone?
Sign in to the same Google or Apple account you bought it with, open My Money, go to Settings → My Money Pro and tap Restore purchase.
How do I move my records to a new phone?
On the old phone, go to Settings → Backup & restore and save a backup file somewhere you can reach from the new phone, such as Google Drive or iCloud Drive. On the new phone, open the same screen and choose that file.
Can you recover my data?
No. Your records are only on your phone, so I never have a copy. Saving a backup regularly is the best protection.
How do I change my advert consent?
In the free Android version, go to Settings → Ad privacy choices. My Money Pro removes adverts completely.
How do I delete all my data?
Uninstall My Money, or on Android clear its storage in Settings → Apps → My Money → Storage. Delete any backup files you saved as well.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Google Play or Apple. Request a refund through Google Play (play.google.com → Order history) or Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
